He has been talking to the Permanent Secretary about setting up a web service that will provide information about Kenya's towns and villages.

The Ministry of Information and Communication has been the force behind the advancement of ICT infrastructure in Kenya, the undersea fibre optic cable is already in the country thanks to the Private Public Partnership witnessed by the telecommunication companies. Due to lack of local content, TVs, Radio, Goverment, Private sector institutions among others are embarking on a consorted effort to develop content. The Permanent Secretary has been very keen on this and is doing all he can to encourage kenyans to develop local content.
